I have been married for 30 years to my wonderful husband and best friend Gavin and we have 3 awesome Sons 28, 26 and 19. We've owned Stanford Chiropractic Center for over 30+ years and I have been an ambassador with Younique Skin Care and Make Up Company for over 8 years. I was also the 2018-2019 Beauty and Style Diamond Trainer for the Business Women's Group, Polka Dot Powerhouse. My goal is to redefine the definition of Beauty and to teach others how to highlight their natural, inner and unique beauty and to stop the comparison game.

I am a 3rd Degree Black Belt. My husband was a professional Football player. All 3 sons are Elite athletes in their chosen sports. Goal setting has been, and always will be, a non-negotiable for us all, both as individuals and as a Family. Every year we review and adjust our Goals accordingly to become better versions of ourselves and give back to our Community.
